Booking Conditions

Reservations are confirmed only after payment of the total amount of the stay.

 

Balance and City Tax

Upon check-in with the delivery of the keys, you will have to pay any balance of the reservation including the City Tax if this has not been paid on the portal where you made the reservation. The amount of the City Tax is 6 euros per person per night including children aged 10 and over.

 

Cancellation

Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before Check-in will receive a full refund (minus 3% for credit card fees). Bookings canceled at least 7 days before Check-in will receive a 50% refund (minus 3% for credit card fees). In case of late arrival or early departure the entire stay will be charged.

 

Mode of payment

Bank transfer, Cash, Paypal or Credit Card.

 

Check-IN & Check-OUT

Please contact Mrs Francesca (+39 3896677744) ONE day before your arrival to arrange check-in, otherwise probable waiting until 1 hour.

 

Check-in

You can check-in from 3:00 p.m.

Ask to Francesca if is possible with an additional cost of 10 euros leave the luggage inside the apartment from 11.30 a.m. onwards.

Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00 p.m. to midnight and 50 euros after midnight).

 

Check-Out

You must leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m.

 

Transfer

We offer transfers from/to Airport and Port.

 

Sofa bed

The use of the sofa bed is provided only if you have booked the apartment for a number of people higher than the capacity of the beds available in the bedrooms.

If you need the sofa bed, you must communicate it some days before the check-in and pay an extra cost of 15 euros.

 

Additional Requests

If you have additional requests (cot for baby, extra towels…), you must communicate it at least two days before your arrival.
