The apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator (there are 15 steps to climb on foot) and consiste two bedroom with double bed, small dining room with table and chairs, kitchen, one bathroom with shower, (max 4 people – 60sqm).
The apartment is equipped with internet WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning / heating in the lounge and there is a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped to cook and eat (Microwave and oven). The apartment comes complete with linen and towels for all guests.
“Opera House” is located in Via Napoli, 72 and within walking distance of many tourist attractions including Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and Trevi Fountain. At about 200 meters there is the metro stop (line a “Republica”) and the Termini Station.
The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.
City tax 3,50 per person per day (including children from 10 years onwards) is to pay at Arrival extra (Excluding reservations from Airbnb).
Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time.
