Booking Conditions
Reservations are confirmed only after payment of the total amount of the stay.
Balance and City Tax
At check in with the delivery of the keys, you will have to pay in cash the balance (if it is due) and the City Tax (3,5 euros per person per night including children from 10 years onwards).
Cancellation
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund (minus 3% for credit card fees). Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund (minus 3% for credit card fees). In case of late arrival or early departure the entire stay will be charged.
Mode of payment
Bank transfer, Cash, Paypal or Credit Card.

Check-in times are from 3pm onwards
Check-out times are before 10am
Different times must be agreed when booking. Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight).
Attention, there is not reception in the building.
